A website enquiry, introductory discussion or estimate does not by itself create a service agreement. A project begins only when the parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or other agreement and any required deposit is received.

Project-specific documents may cover scope, assumptions, client responsibilities, revision limits, third-party costs, fees, payment dates, delivery estimates, acceptance, warranties, support, cancellation and ownership. Delivery dates depend on timely client feedback, content, approvals, access and payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotes are valid only for the period shown and exclude third-party services and scope changes.

Intellectual property

The WireTree name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, code and other original website material are owned by or licensed to WireTree and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, sell or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Portfolio examples may include client names, trademarks and work created for clients. Rights in final project deliverables are governed by the relevant project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, our pre-existing tools, know-how, processes, libraries and reusable components remain ours, while third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to client sites and external services such as WhatsApp and Formspree. We do not control third-party availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Project work may also depend on hosting platforms, domains, payment providers, plugins, APIs and other third-party services governed by separate terms and fees.

Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but the site may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. Website content is general information, not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. No website statement guarantees a particular commercial, search-ranking or revenue result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WireTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory consumer or procedural rights, disputes relating to this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
